1) Please login using your UW Net ID to access the online certification evaluation for your laboratory.
2) Click on the "Instructions and Methods for Answering Questions" dropdown above before proceeding with the application. You can view the dropdown on any page for help answering questions.
3) You will be able to save your answers and return later by selecting the save draft button at the bottom of the page.
After submission, your answers will be reviewed by a member of the Green Labs team, and your lab's score and ranking will be sent to your UW email address. If you are interested in accessing the criteria but don't have a UW Net ID, please refer to the printable criteria.
