The 2015 RecycleMania kickoff is underway! Sounds exciting, right? But what’s it about?
RecycleMania is a friendly tournament where national college campuses compete during the course of eight weeks to see which can reduce, reuse and recycle the most on-campus waste. The UW will take on nationwide universities, including Pac-12 rivals Arizona State University, Stanford, University of Oregon and Washington State University. If you haven’t had the chance to find out what's in store from now until March 28, be sure to visit UW Recycling’s table on Red Square this Friday, February 6 for games and free donuts from 11 a.m.—1 p.m.!
