UW Program on the Environment lecturer (and Husky Green Award winner) Elizabeth Wheat sat down with UW Sustainability's Jayna Milan for the latest episode of the "In Our Nature" podcast

Wheat owns and operates SkyRoot Farm, practicing regenerative agriculture on Whidbey Island. She is the recipient of a 2018 UW Husky Green Award and a 2010 Excellence in Teaching Award. On the podcast, she talks about what regenerative agriculture is and how it is different from conventional farms, issues around our food systems, and her personal experiences as a farmer and educator.
