From the job description: The UW Bothell Sustainability Coordinator leads and implements campus wide initiatives involving environmentally sustainable practices in close collaboration with students, faculty, staff, and community partners. Assists in defining sustainability goals and tracking key sustainability indicators that focus on the UW Bothell 21st Century Campus Sustainability Initiative. Proposing and promoting new sustainability initiatives that put our campus at the forefront of environmental sustainability. Work closely with the Campus Advisory Committee on Environmental Sustainability (CACES) and other stakeholders to promote the economic, social, and environmental benefits of sustainability. This position engages students, faculty, and staff in campus wide sustainability initiatives thorough behavior change and educational programs to promote campus wide sustainability initiatives. The work environment is a blend of office work and field work.
